Returns & Refunds Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase, but please note that—like most bookshops—all sales are final unless there’s a genuine fault with the product.

What Counts as a Fault?
I will happily provide a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong book or format
  • The book arrived damaged due to a printing or binding issue (e.g., pages cut off, badly trimmed, misprinted)

What Doesn’t Count as a Fault?
I don’t offer refunds or exchanges if:

  • You changed your mind
  • You didn’t enjoy the book
  • You found a typo or formatting quirk (while I aim for perfection, small errors can slip through in indie publishing)

What to Do If There’s a Problem
If your book has a genuine fault, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it. Include a photo of the issue and your order details so I can sort it out quickly.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads (like eBooks), I don’t offer refunds on these unless the file is corrupted or can’t be accessed.
